Premature Ejaculation
A very embarrassing sexual dysfunction for men is premature ejaculation. It is not uncommon and it is a dilemma that can be overcome.

An adult male should have relative control over the timing of when he lets himself ejaculate. It happens and there is nothing wrong with that. Premature ejaculation is problematic when the loss of control happens frequently enough to impair sexual pleasure with a partner. The exercises center around pleasuring the male, as he is the one with problem being solved. Squeeze Technique
Right before you feel you are about to ejaculate, withdraw fully or partially and squeeze the base of your penis by wrapping your thumb and index finger around it. Then apply firm pressure, focus on the urethra (the tube running along the underside of the penis). This lessens the tension and holds back the ejaculatory response. Be sure to apply pressure before you start ejaculating, once you start its too late! This technique can also be applied just below the head of the penis.

When you feel your climax approaching, squeeze the base of your penis and try to stop yourself. Stop & Start Technique
First Stage: the couple should begin getting intimate, when the "patient's" penis becomes erect, the partner should stimulate him either through a hand job. After about three to five nights of having controlled the orgasm by telling the partner to stop, you will have acheived the first stage of controlling your ejaculation.

Second Stage: repeat stage one, but use lubrication. First start by having the partner use their hand, then move up to oral stimulation. Success is the same as above, three to five nights of having said stop before ejaculating during training.

Third stage: consists of gaining control during intercourse. The partner should be in the top position and the man on bottom. He should guide the partner's thrusting movements with his hands on the partner;s hips. Again, when he comes close to having an orgasm, he says stop. Success is the same as above, three to five nights of having said stop before ejaculating during training.

For most couples to accomplish the tasks takes two to six weeks. Once a substantial amount of gain has been made, and the above program is complete, continue to concentrate on controlling the orgasm. With time, the problem should fade away from existence.

Another example of the same process is above is the scale system. Practice getting to different levels of the scale to help him overcome the problem. It works as above, except you can stop at different levels, for example for the first week, stop at 50, then move to 75, etc.... This system is great for communicating exactly where you are in your level of excitement.
