Friend

I knewyou, I loved you, and now your gone
All I can do in life is write this song
I feel as if my life's changed in so many ways
But has stayed the same throughout the days
You and I were always there for each other
I felt as if you were my brother
There are so many things going on in my head
I can't even sleep as I lay in bed
You don't understand how much you being in my life has had animpact on me
Suddenly it feels as if I were blind and now I can see
I was so glad when you came into my life
All of a sudden that knife in my back hurting me was finallytaken out
But now that you're gone all I can do is cry and shout
I feel as if it's my fault your not here anymore
Sometimes I feel as if I deserve to be called a whore
I don't even know why I'm in this world
Every night I pray to the Lord
Pray that I can leave this world a winner with a sword
Or I pray that I can have one friend
A true Friend that will stay with me till the very end
I once felt as if I met the right guy for me
But apparently I couldn't see
See that he hated me
But whenever I'd see him my face would still light up with glee
But whatever I was going through I felt as if I could come to you
You would always now just what to do
I love you, I need you, Where are you
I feel so blue whenever I'm without you
Please come back to stay and never go away
