Savio's Notes on this Specific Phobia
Nothing much to worry about here; atleast not until you look up at the sky on a cloudy day. If you think of it, this is one of those really silly phobias. Imagine you look up, see some clouds and your heart beats faster, your pulse races, you start feeling sick. Hmmm....thankfully I am not the friendly weather man on TV.

People living in Asia show more signs of suffering from this phobia. Also in a recent study of mine, I've noticed farmers and grape harvesters to suffer more from this phobia. Well, think of it; if it rains, their crops and harvest gets ruined. I pity those people whose mates or spouses suffer from this fear, simply because they can never watch a sunset together, not in the monsoons anyway!

If you live in a big city like New York or Boston it really shouldn't be much of a problem preventing further influx of this phobia. Patients must be told to engage in activities where they don't need to look up at the sky or go outside too often.
