People suffering from this phobia get highly nervous and anxious when they even expect to have to undress in the presence of another person. Attempting to undress someone suffering from this phobia forcibly will result in a extreme Panic Attack on that phbia inflicted person.
This type of phobia is generally caused by the feeling of ugliness & low self-image. Often seen in teen girls in American Colleges.
