Chills run down my spine when I think of myself suffering from this weird phobia. But still many people have fears of cold things and this phobia has been around since the ice age. I cannot imagine myself not having a fridge or freezer in my home and winters would be extremely painful. Not that the heat of the summer could be relieved by an ice cold drink!!

This phobia is generally caused through icy contacts with cold things, past experiences & other media based tools.
