Shadow in the Livingroom

This happened just about a few years ago.Me, my 2 younger sisters and my mom were watching a movie in the living room. it was about 7:00 in the evening. I fell asleep during the movie( not long after everyone did ). My sisters were sleeping on the floor, my mom was sleeping on the small couch and I was sleeping on the big couch.

I had my back facing the livingroom. I felt someone watching me from behind, then I turned around. There was this man shaped figure standing there. Almost like a shadow. It was dark in the house and that's all I could see was that figure. I was so tired I wasn't even that scared. I blinked a few times, to make sure that I wasn't dreaming, then all of a sudden he just turned away and disappeared. I looked around to see if it was any of my sisters or my mom, but they were still asleep.
