Hi this is a true story please believe me !!

One Night my friend and i sarah where sleeping at my house (she was sleeping over ) and i have a the lamp that has four (4 ) levels of light and when you would thought the metal base it would go threw all the levels and we have it on the lowest level while we were reading ghost stories and all of a sudden it just started going threw all the levels over and over for about 5 mintues my friend sarah said to me ok .. this is so chesey you so totally planed this while we were reading ghost stories ! i said to her no i\'m serious and sarah said to me yeah right ! you are such a jokester i know this was planned !! i swore to her that this was no a joke and we stared to really freakout ..then the lamp stoped.and when unpluged it and pluged it back it in an hour lter and it wasn\'t on we turned it off and decieded to go to bed and about 10 minutes later the lamp did not just turn itself on and stay on. It kept cycling through the four levels, and then would go off. A few seconds later, it would happen again. This went on for about twenty minutes. Although Inor my friend didn\'t know exactly what was going on so we screamed and ran down stairs then my dad came down staries and asked us why were we making so much noise >? and my friend and i told him the whole story and he believed us (at least i think .. he acted like he did ) and my dad told us to go back to bed and that he will make us pancakes in the mornign but we refused to go back in my room and my dad went and got our stuff up stairs and brought it down stairs he asked my what was wrong with the lamp? and i told him that we don\'t know and he surely believed our story
