Peabody House Of Horror

submitted byKitty Kolman

It was a cold December day when i first moved into my house in Peabody. After living in Georgia you expect it was quite a change. But thats not the half of it.

I was laying in my bed just lookin around my room when i herd a noise, almost like a rat or something so i went to the closet to check it out. I poend the door and a man that looked about 40 was sitting in my closet. My first reaction was to scream bloody murder but i couldn't open my mouth. At first i thought it was a real man but he said "come play with me i wont hurt you." then dissappeard into thin air.

I ran into my moms room and spent the night with her. but the next might she told me i had to sleep in my own room. it took me till about 2:30 to finally allow myself to call it a night. every time i closed my eyes all i could see was the horrid face of the man. then the door started to creak open slowly. i immediatly thought of the man and hid under my covers. then a cool breeze swept over my neck and i took a peak over the covers and a man was there... the ghost man. he repeated "come play with me i wont hurt you." so i took off once again to my moms room. the door wouoldn't open and all i could remeber was wakeing up in the hospital from head tramma.

when i was well enough to go home i looked up the history on my house and found a man murded his wife when the son walked in form walking his dog and found the father brutaly murdering his wife the kid took control and stabed his father 23 times in the back. now the man supposably haunts the house and the realter never told us. she was afraid we would not buy the house. after finding this we backed to georgia. i recently viseted the old house and found a five year old had my room and was brutaly murderd by "his mother" but the minute i steped into the room i felt an unpleasent presence and herd a soft wisper of "come play with US we wont hurt you."
