OK i lived in this town called Sarasota its in the west part of Florida right by Tampa. One day this house had burned down early in the morning. Well it didn't burn down but it was charred!!And this house must have been like one house over from me right next to the railroad, so when it was lighter outside my cousin came back running inside and whispered in my ear to come outside so we went outside and in this house that was burned just past the door way you could see this man looking out on you in all black i mean black draping coat black high boots black top hat black glasses he look just like the Grim Reepor but i nor my cousin stayed around to find out!! That shit was creepy and you know what never saw em again......
