About a year ago when i was 13 i had a halloween party. my friend was hosting the party with me and we came up with this story that a little girl named Esmerelda De Levant had been murdered in my woods. we all went on a walk at about 3 in the morning. i live about 10 miles away from any other house and we were walking on an old tractor path. all of a sudden we saw something sprint through the woods. it went by really fast and looked like it was wearing a hooded cape. one of my friends screamed but we covered her mouth and told her to shut up. then we saw the figure sprint through the woods again but this time it was closer. i grabbed 2 of my friends hands and we all started sprinting back to my house. the figure ran right in front of us on the path. we all screamed and started running the other way. then when we thought we were far enough away we stopped running. we never saw the figure again but it was still the creepiest thing that has ever happened to any of us.
