I jumped off the diving board into my Aunt's pool. As I dove in I took a deep breath to see if I could make it to the other end of the pool without coming up for air. I always opened my eyes under the water and usally just looked where I was going.

But something was moving on the side of the pool. I asumed it was my friend who I was with. She must be walking along the side of the pool following me.

Then I noticed that this was not my friend, she was wearing a purple one-piece bathing suit and who ever that was wearing nothing.

So the site of a naked man walking alone the side of the pool as I swam the length made me come up for air fast. And of course no one was there.title = White Lady submitted = Demmi i was 16 at the time and i had just moved into a house that was really old. anyway it was our first night in the house and i was watching tele in the sitting room. then i heard the microwave beeping. so i went into the kithcen to turn it off, thinking my brother had left it on, but it was turned off. i didnt think any thing of it so i went bak into the sitting room. then i heard a moaning comeing from the top of the stairs. so i went to go see what it was. there i saw a lady in a long white night gown with long brown hair. she was saying to find her jewellery box that she had left in the house. i was about to say i dont no was she was tlking about but she just dissapeard. i was so scared i ran to my aunties house who live 6 blocks down the road, and told her the whole story.

that night will haunt me for the rest of my life and keep me thinking if i'll ever see her agen. because i am 19 now and am still living in that house. maybe i will see her and ask her how she died and why she was looking for a jewellery box. part of me wants to meet her and part of me doesnt. but i wouldnt mind if i did.
