This story is true!!!,believe it or not but everyone who knows me or my family know we are telling the truth.It was the middle of the night, i was the only one up,i went to get a drink of water.I went in to my lounge to switch of the light because my parents forgot to switch it off.As i did so i looked into the mirror,gut feeling and i saw a distant figuar of a woman who was cring for help ,i left the light on as i was scared. I remeber i recently over heard a conversation between my dad and a builder, who was fixing our loft, the builder told my dad there had been sightings of a woman crying for help. I never told anyone what i saw on that night because i thought they wouldn't believe me, but i saw her again a few weeks later so i decided to tell family and friends and they believed me. I decided to make this public to let anyone know that if they've seen similar sightings they are not alone.....
